How do I know my session is confirmed?

Once you have confirmed a session you will receive a confirmation email through the email associated with your account. The email will list the details of the session such as the time and location. Additionally, you can see the details of upcoming sessions as well as past sessions in your account.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before the session begins and will have 90 days to reschedule the session. You can not cancel a session within 24 hours of the session start time, but please inform your coach if you will not be able to attend.

What happens if my session is cancelled by the coach?

If your session is canceled by the coach you will have the opportunity to reschedule the session.

Is my payment secure?

UniVarCity uses third-party secure payment gateway to process your payment. Your payment card details are tokenized and encrypted so they are secure within our payment system.

Can I pay the athlete directly?

Paying the athlete directly is prohibited by UniVarCity. Payment must occur through our website to ensure that our athletes do not violate the NCAA’s NIL rules and remain in good standing as a college athlete. Payments that go through our website are tracked for each athlete and will be used for compliance reporting.

How do we secure the location for a session?

Each UniVarCity athlete has preferred locations for their training sessions that can be found on their profile. If an athlete is open to meeting at a location other than their preferred location, this will be noted on their profile. To find out if an athlete is open to meeting at your desired location you can communicate with the athlete through our messaging system.

How do I communicate with my coach?

Our website has a messaging feature that allows you to communicate with your coach. To get to this feature you click on your coaches profile and click the 'Message' button. Once you have sent a message to your coach, they will get back to you as soon as they can.

Are athletes open to other services that are not on their profile?

All programs available can be found on the athlete’s profile. If a service is not listed on their profile, you can message a coach with your inquiry. All services must be reserved through the website.

Why do prices vary by athlete?

Each athlete we work with is unique, just like their pricing. We work with athletes to determine a price that is fair to the customer. The prices adjust to match the athlete’s background, skills, accolades, and available time.

Are coaches vaccinated?

Safety of both the coaches and customers is our top priority. The majority of all college athletes are vaccinated so that they can participate in NCAA competition. If a coach has not been vaccinated for medical or religious reasons, they will notify you of their status before any session.
