Individual payor selects program and time from coach's availability
A one-hour basketball workout session designed for all ages and skillsets. Workouts will consist of ball-handling, shooting, passing, speed/agility training, and live playing. Here is a typical one-hour session: 5 min- warmup with stationary, then moving ball-handling drills 10 min- group passing drills and finishing at the rim 20 min- shooting drills (catch and shoot, followed by off-the-dribble shooting) 15 min- applying the skills worked on into live situations where players will compete 10 min- speed/agility
